Do I have to install MT4, MT5 or CTrader when using the platform?
For any user subscribed to the Cloud Cadet or Trade Titan plans, you do not need to have any of these trading terminals installed. All you have to do is add your account to your subscription and we will automatically provision a trading terminal server on our cloud platform allowing you to execute trades without having the terminal locally. However, for users on the Traders Nest plan, one will have to set up their terminal and we will facilitate sending any alerts or trade signals to the open terminal.
How long does it take to have my account ready on the cloud?
Once your subscription is confirmed and the server did not have any issues provisioning a trading terminal server, your account will be available to you immediately. Once this happens, you will receive an email. However, if any issues were experienced during the server setup, you might be contacted to offer more details such as your MT4/MT5 server config from your Broker or proper name for the broker you use. The unencumbered set up process takes at most 5 minutes from the time your subscription is confirmed.

When are we expecting to launch?
Our current target for some of the base features such as cloud and self-hosted terminal trading for MT4/MT5 are scheduled for launch in Mid-March 2024. Until then, we will be offering free services for any user accepted in our closed beta. The users accepted will also receive a 30% discount on the Annual Cloud Cadet plan.
Do we offer an API you can integrate to?
At the moment, we do not offer any APIs or approaches to connect to our servers apart from our Frontend App, Extension and Telegram Bot. With time, we will explore this, so keep an eye out on our Roadmap and in your inbox for any announcements concerning this.
Who are these tools made for?
Our trader toolkit is designed for both newbie traders seeking guidance and professional traders looking for sophisticated tools to enhance their trading experience.
What's the difference between the plans?
The Trader's Nest Plan is meant for any user who prefers to host our services themselves. In this case, we provide an EA which the user will have to set up themselves. On the other hand, the Cloud Cadet is the plan meant for users who prefer a straightforward, hustle-free approach to trading. You just enter your account details and once done, you are all set. You can trade from any of our apps, or social platforms we support such as Telegram. You can also monitor your trades remotely, without the need to run an instance of MT4/5 or CTrader.
Do you offer a trial period?
Of course! We offer a free trial for the Cloud Cadet plan for 7 Days. Once the 7 Days are up, you will be prompted to continue with your subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
At this moment, we do not offer any refunds. However, we encourage users to utilize our 7 Day free trial to check out the product before committing to a subscription.
